At VogueVista, we want you to shop with complete confidence. We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, and our standard delivery charge is Rs. 99.

7-Day Easy Returns

We offer a 7-day easy return policy. You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Please contact us at brandwahga@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to start a return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, we will replace it free of charge. Simply send us a photo of the item as proof within 7 days of delivery, and we will dispatch the correct replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval by email and process your refund promptly. Because we operate on Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash within 7 working days.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
